Living with symptoms has become the new normal.
So no more guessing games.
It's time to get answers.
Welcome to the Medical Medium Podcast.
I'm Anthony William.
We're talking about what's on your produce, what's on your food, things that you don't
know, things that are being sprayed on.
I'm not talking about pesticides, herbicides, or even rodenticides, including organic pesticides on everybody's organic food.
I'm not even talking about that, the copper sprays that are on all the organic food.
Toxic copper and toxic nicotine sprayed on everything three times a week in many situations with organic crops.
We're not going to talk about any of that today.
We'll save that for another show.
But what we are talking about is that wax.
What is that wax?
And what's loaded into those grocery stores and containers being sprayed on the produce sections?
And then there's the hot topic going around about appeal.
The plant-based covering on fruits and vegetables.
The thing is, that's just one.
There's other companies too, lots of them.
And they've been doing this for decades.
Funny thing is, nobody was worried about it before.
I mean, I talked about it for years and years, about the waxes, the MSGs,
all the different chemicals that get sprayed on foods as far as to preserve it.
But I've never heard a peep out there, pretty much from anyone.
But now everybody's freaking out.
All because of peel?
Well, there's everything sprayed on fruits and vegetables.
And that's why we've got to learn how to wash them.
And then what about food wastage?
Now, they're trying to preserve food a little bit because they're saying it's to prevent food wastage.
And what's true is there is food wastage.
Globally, the amount of fruits and vegetables that get thrown out every single day in grocery stores,
thrown into dumpsters is unprecedented.
It's unbelievable to the degree we're talking about.
And I've talked about this for years.
Anyway, fasten your seatbelts, get yourself strapped in for this.
We're talking about our food.
You can scrape it with your fingernail and it just comes off.
Yeah, that's wax, right?
Move those bag of chips over.
Grab me that apple.
Yeah, that's waxy too.
You can just scrape it.
Has it always been on the food?
Wax?
Is it wax?
What is it?
Is it fragrant?
Kind of smells.
No, wait a minute.
I think I'm smelling the apple.
I don't even know anymore.
See, that's the thing about fruits and vegetables.
I just don't understand.
Is it a mystery?
What is on this stuff?
I don't know.
Maybe I'll just keep on buying chips and eating chips.
Let's look for the dips.
Let's just put this aside for now.
Our food has always been messed with.
They've been waxing, shining, dipping, spraying, throwing stuff on it,
sending it down, all kinds of washes, coating it, everything under the sun for decades.
Meanwhile, everybody's screaming their heads off about a peel. Do you think everybody should have
been screaming their heads off for the last 40, 50 years about everything else that's been sprayed
on the food? Or maybe to their defense, they just didn't know, but they figured out a peel is being
sprayed on food now, but nothing else ever was. The food industry has been laying it thick on our
produce for years now. And there has always been an industry where companies want to sell farmers
or sell food growers or sell processors, food processors, not processed foods, food processors,
all kinds of different agents to spray on top of the fruits and vegetables to preserve them.
Because the minute it's picked, the race is on.
The minute something is picked in that field, the race starts.
That race is oxidative stress.
That race is oxygen.
That race is over-ripening.
That race is bruising.
That race starts then.
right when it's picked as soon as it's plucked right off the vine pluck or cut right down to
the root the race starts and what is that race get it out of the field get it in a crate get it in a
truck get it in a warehouse get it on a truck again get it to a store get it on the shelf
keep it cold and hope it doesn't rot and the farmer the farmer doesn't want to be told that
all their stuff went bad before it even hit the shelf. The farmers don't want to lose all their
money. And there's middlemen too. There's middlemen that receive the produce from the farms in many
cases. And those middlemen don't want to be told it all went bad because those middlemen are going
to lose a lot of money or take it out on the farmers. So the race is on to keep the produce
fresh. So then companies are born. Companies are birthed. And these companies, the industry,
wants to create things to put on the food to sell to the farmer, to the middlemen, to the store
owners, to the grocery chains. They want to sell chemical agents, whether in some waxy form that
may not even be like wax. It's not like it's beeswax. Or some other vegetable coating that's
plant-based, but they want to create something to keep the produce alive or convince everyone
it's going to keep the produce fresh and alive, even if it doesn't. Say you're a farmer and you're
killing yourself to grow food because it is a hard job, hard work. There's a lot of factors
that get in the way. Weather is one of them. And one of your biggest fears among many of them
is getting that fresh produce picked and brought to the market,
picked and brought to the store,
and there's a whole bunch of different working parts,
nuts and bolts that go on between it all.
And the big concern is, will it survive the journey from here to there?
Things are going good for a year, things are going great for four years,
and all of a sudden, a bad report comes through.
All of a sudden, something bad happens.
a big shipment, a big load of food, produce, rots somewhere.
Nobody knows why.
Nobody knows how.
The farmer doesn't know how.
Could have been a middleman that left it somewhere in the sun without refrigeration.
Could have been a truck that broke down along the way.
Could have been a store that didn't handle it right.
Could have been a warehouse that forgot about it and it was in the corner somewhere.
Or it just went bad.
But either way, somebody got burned.
and that farmer will never forget it and that middleman will never forget it and that grocery
store chain will never forget it so that when somebody comes along and they say we sell a
product that we can dip your fruits and vegetables in that will keep it fresh so you don't lose your
shirt again the farmer the middleman the grocery store chain says bring it on these preservative
companies put sugar plum fairies dancing in their heads, all kinds of stories and fantasies on how
their produce is going to last so much longer and their produce is going to stay fresh up to a
certain point and they're just going to be protected like a great big insurance policy.
It's bullshit, but it sounds amazing. These companies claim it keeps it fresher, helps it
last longer, makes it look good on the outside, stops those moldy rotten spots from happening quick.
But in the end, the fruit just rots from the inside all the same, even if it looks prettier
on the outside.
But the claims these companies make that create these sprays and dips sounds irresistible
to the farmer, to the middlemen, and to the grocery store chain, so it's hard to say no.
And for years, our food has been dipped and sprayed and coated.
Now I remember as a child holding on to a Red Delicious apple and peeling, scraping the wax straight off the skin.
I remember being in second grade and telling my friends at the lunch table, scrape the apple and get the wax off.
And they were completely baffled and did not understand what it all meant.
But I did and I knew it was coated.
I knew all the fruits and vegetables were coated at that time.
I had a little helping hand.
And anyone listening to this that knows medical medium origins knows what that helping hand was.
But yes, there was a coating, there was a wax film, there was stuff on that fruit, on all vegetables.
It was there. It existed way, way, way back then.
And people have been consuming hundreds of millions of tons of these chemicals for decades since.
Maybe you're somebody that doesn't eat a lot of fruit or any fruit at all, or vegetables.
you just eat meat and you're saying well I don't have to worry about that I got primarily a meat
diet well think twice that's coated and sprayed all the same unless you know your farmer unless
you know your cattle raiser unless you know where you're getting that meat unless you're
killing the animal yourself preparing your own steaks or you know your animal meat provider by
name, you got a relationship, you trust them, you know what's going on. Other than that, you walk
into a store and you see meat behind some glass in a deli case or wrapped up with some plastic on top
sitting there on the shelf. There's a good chance it's sprayed or laced with ammonia or some other
type of film or other type of toxic chemical agent to try to keep it from turning brown or aging fast
or just frankly going bad. This is one of the reasons why I would never personally go on a
cruise ship. The food on cruise ships are sprayed. They're coated. They're treated to try to protect
it so it doesn't rot. Everything on boats goes bad faster than anywhere else. Fruits and vegetables
rot quicker on cruise ships. So they're coated with lots of different chemicals, toxic chemicals.
So if you're sitting there having breakfast and you're eating some cut up fruit, it's going to be coated.
That's just the way it works on cruise ships.
Fruits and vegetables that get brought onto cruise ships tend to be cut already as well.
And after they're cut, they're actually dipped, coated, and sprayed, then wrapped in plastic, and then loaded onto the cruise ships.
If you're somebody that's scheduled to go on a cruise ship and you're hearing this, just do your best and ask for them in whole forms.
like an avocado in a whole form.
The industries that spray and dip and coat fruits and vegetables
and other foods too has been around for quite a while now.
It's going on for decades.
It's been there, it's growing, and it's getting stronger.
And the future will be sprays on foods.
I know that so many people have been worried about appeal.
But if you're going to worry about appeal,
worry about all of the companies that are behind all of the agents and the dips and the coatings
and the sprays that are on all of the food. And one of the toxic agents that we should be really
worried about is fungicides. Yes, fungicides. And fungicides have been sprayed on fruits and
vegetables for over three decades now to stop them from getting moldy quicker. Now, fungicides
are bad, highly toxic, and they're sprayed on a lot of different kinds of fruits and vegetables.
And they're sprayed on meat, different kinds of animal products. And that's something people
should be freaking out about. It should be the fungicides. That is the bad thing. And it's on
stuff. It's on stuff we eat. It's sprayed on different things. It's even in some of the
different agents that they dip stuff in. Fruits, vegetables, they coat meat with. It's fungicides.
So as everybody on the internet is freaking out about one thing, they have no idea about another,
which is these fungicides that are sprayed on everything. They're freaking out about something
else. Meanwhile, it's bait and switch. They have no idea that something way more toxic,
way more problematic way more bad for your health is being dipped coated and sprayed on
that they're eating and the thing is no one's ever going to know what was sprayed what was
dipped or what was coated even if something miraculously leaves a farm miraculously leaves
a middleman miraculously leaves a truck and gets into a warehouse into a grocery store chain and
hasn't been sprayed, it just was picked, put in a box, and somehow made it to that grocery store
chain unsprayed, uncontaminated, untampered with, it still can get sprayed when it's sitting inside
the case at the grocery store. At this point in time, there are some grocery store chains that
are being sold these different agents to try to keep the produce fresh. They're in the cases
themselves built behind it and they're in containers or they're in a big container fed
into the water lines that goes all the way to the produce cases and then being sprayed on everything
that's in those produce cases. As of now, this is happening. Now, before anybody freaks out about
hearing this, you got to understand one other thing. That produce in most grocery store chains
get sprayed by workers every single night. Yes, every single night. Now, what does this mean
that workers are spraying the produce? It means they're accidentally spraying the produce.
See, what happens in all grocery store chains, or most all, is that workers are told to clean.
Somebody has to mop the floor every night in a grocery store. And the cleaning solution that's
put inside the mopping bucket, then gets on the mop, that gets splashed around the floor.
As the person's going by the entire section, the produce section and the produce areas,
there are droplets and spray everywhere just coming off the mop, splashing on the floor,
misting in the air, droplets flying everywhere, mist coming off the mops, flying everywhere,
and getting all over the produce. Getting all over the greens, getting all over the fruit,
the vegetables everywhere. It's not like somebody's telling the workers, be careful.
Stick the mop in here carefully. When you're spreading the solution through the water,
be careful. Put the mop on the ground really carefully. Go across the floor carefully.
Try not to splash it. Try not to wing it around. Try not to let the solution get anywhere.
Be very cautious when you're going by the produce section. That doesn't exist. It's just getting
splashed on the floor, spread around everywhere, lifted back up, put back in, squeezed out,
brought back in, brought back out into the mop container, and that solution is everywhere. It's
in the air, it's strong, it's misting in the air, droplets are flying everywhere, and it gets on the
produce, period. And it's not the person tasked with that responsibility of cleaning the floors
that's responsible for this problem.
It's not their fault at all.
They're just not trained or they're not taught how to do it maybe
because that doesn't exist.
That's not a concern out there
because nobody in management cares
if toxic chemicals from cleaning solutions gets on the produce.
They just don't care.
And many times produce gets directly sprayed by cleaning solutions
inside grocery stores
because people are tasked with the job of spraying the sides of the produce containers,
the produce refrigerators, the shelves the produce sits on, and the shiny chrome banisters.
The cleaning solution gets sprayed out of the bottles by hand and hits everything.
It hits greens, it hits apples, it hits oranges, it hits bananas,
it hits everything under the sun that sits inside the produce section.
And these cleaning solutions are not the friendliest.
So not only do we have to deal with industries and companies spraying stuff on the food to try to preserve it,
keep it long-lasting, keep it fresh, give it more shelf life,
we also have to deal with all the different cleaning solutions inside the grocery stores themselves.
They get onto all the food.
And just when you thought that was all bad enough, it's what's on people's hands that's another level.
colognes perfumes air fresheners hand creams medication creams as people rifle through the
different fruits and vegetables and the different greens and they're moving things around and they're
trying to pick what they like the best or what looks the best they're leaving behind a wake
a wake of chemicals that come straight off their hands and if you don't wash your produce good
enough sometimes you can actually taste it you can taste somebody's hand cream hand balm medication
cream. It could even be a chemotherapy cream or even these new deodorants. I don't know if you've
noticed, but for some reason, everybody thinks spraying and wiping a massive amount of deodorant
on their body is a good thing to do. Like everybody out there, I guess, woke up one morning and
thought, hey, maybe I smell really bad. And all these deodorant companies are coming out left and
right now, teaching people how to spray their bodies down, their private parts, spray all kinds
of areas in their body, using different kinds of solutions, different kind of ointments and balms
and deodorants, wiping it underneath their armpits, on their feet, layering their feet with a whole
bunch of cream. And some of these companies are saying, hey, ours are all natural, aluminum-free
and so forth, but they're still filled with a whole bunch of crap. And now, guess what? Everybody's
going to be eating it because the more people wake up in the morning and they're rubbing their feet
with a whole bunch of cream are not going to then clean off their hands carefully before they go out
to the grocery store and rifle through your greens. And so now there's an explosion of deodorants
and deodorant teachings. And what I mean by deodorant teachings, deodorant companies are
trying to teach people to spray and coat their private parts, their ass cracks, their feet,
the inside of their thighs, and anywhere else they can think of to put this stuff, to sell it,
to move more of it. But all it leads to is just all of us eating it. That's what it leads to.
And that's the sad part, because it's not just cologne and perfume now, or strange essential
oils on people's hands that end up all over all of our produce as they're going through the grocery
store. Now it's all of the deodorants, the sprays, the bombs, the creams, all that's going to end up
on the produce too. So is it a peel that we're really worried about? The plant-based coating
everybody's freaking out about? Yeah, that's not great either. Or is it all this other stuff nobody
even thinks about or knows about? What about all the other waxes? What about all the other
companies? What about all the fungicide companies that spray all the different produce? Fungicide
is loaded with copper. It's laced in copper. Toxic copper and other agents too that are toxic,
highly toxic. That's on produce. And the thing is personally, me personally, I wouldn't mind just
somehow getting a little bit of that fungicide in my system than knowing that somebody didn't
clean their hands right after rubbing balm all over their feet, deodorant all over their feet,
and then they're rustling through the greens and me eating those greens. That bothers me a little
bit more or a lot more than a little fungicide. But either way, it's all bad, all of it. And our
stuff has been sprayed, contaminated, all kinds of different coatings, laced, splashed with
cleaning solutions for years and years and years, which leads to this. You have to wash your produce.
You just have to wash your produce. It's important unless you're growing your own food,
unless you know the farmer you're buying your food from, and you know who's picking it,
and you know how it got into that box or on the shelf at the farmer's market. Either way,
you need to understand one thing, and one thing that's critical is you have to wash your produce
if you don't know where it's been. And if you think for some reason there's a waxy film,
which could really be possible, on a conventional apple or even an organic apple, yes, even an
organic apple will have the wax on it. If you think there is that, if you have a suspicion
that it's on there, and you feel like washing it doesn't take it off, then you can skin that apple,
you can peel that apple, and that's fine. Now keep in mind, this doesn't mean stop eating produce.
Like I said before, animal products, they get contaminated, they have different coatings,
different sprays upon them, and so forth. But either way, we need our produce. It's critical.
Fruits, leafy greens, vegetables, all of it, very important, roots, shoots, spuds, all of it, critical for our health.
And we can't panic. We can't get too concerned.
We have to live on this planet. We have to eat the food that's available to us.
And many of us don't have great resources.
Many of us don't have food that's fresh right from a farmer's market
or fresh from their own yard or their own land.
They have to go to the store.
They have to buy the food everybody else there is buying or rustling through.
And that's life.
And that's okay.
But we can protect ourselves by washing our produce,
by eating it in certain ways, by looking out,
by even smelling our produce.
Yes, smelling it.
You can smell when sometimes something's contaminated.
You can take something off the shelf and smell it and smell that cologne on it and then move
it over and look for something else that doesn't have that perfume or that cologne on it.
There are ways to protect yourself.
And of course, washing it good, bringing it home and just washing it.
If you're somebody and you don't have your own technique or your own way of washing your
produce, then I'll do an episode or I'll do a live where I demonstrate how to wash the produce.
I'm not a big fan of all the washing solutions for produce that they offer out there. When you
really break it down, they're crappy and you end up eating them because they stay stuck to the
produce and don't wash with water good. And they add to the problem you're already faced with,
eating all these other waxes and coverings and coatings and sprays.
And how did the protective agents and coverings and coatings really come about?
As I was saying before, because of produce wastage.
One thing that people are not aware of is the millions and hundreds of millions of tons.
That's right.
Hundreds of millions of tons of produce that gets thrown out every year, every decade,
for decades.
The wastage is unbelievable.
Grocery store chains throw out practically almost everything they exhibit.
People buy things, but the rest that's left behind ends up going bad right on the shelf
and has to recycle out.
Or even if it's not even bad, the grocery store chains have policies where they cycle
it out and it all gets into massive dumpsters and taken away.
It's not given to the people who are poor and can't afford food or can't afford produce.
It's not given to homeless people.
It's not given to a charity.
It's not given to anybody.
It's millions of tons of beautiful produce thrown away every single day in the United
States and even other places around the world.
And that's the world we live in.

anyway many blessings and god bless you do you smell this yeah i don't know like just just smell
this. What does this smell like? Does this smell like somebody's deodorant cream? Because I've
smelt this deodorant cream before. Yeah. You smell this? Look, it's in this lettuce. I don't know,
somebody was handling this or something. What's your smell like over there? Cologne? Okay, well,
I don't get it. Just grab me those apples. Whoa, whoa, were they slipped out of your hand?
What are they, waxed?
Oh man, I don't know what's on all this stuff.
Anyway, come on, let's go.
We gotta go and we gotta make some food and eat.
As this Earth is spinning through space,
and this solar system is slowly moving through the galaxy,
and we ebb and flow and move and groove on the surface of this planet every day,
there's always going to be stupid shit happening.
There just is.
There just always is.
There's always going to be somebody trying to mess with something.
Something good.
Something that was pure.
Something that was gifted by God and the earthly mother.
There's always going to be some industry.
Some company.
Some agency.
Some entity that just wants to foul things up for everybody.
That wants to make life harder.
That wants to contaminate things.
that wants to ruin something good,
that wants to ruin something so profound,
nature so perfect in every way.
What's really sad that most of it is done behind the scenes
and most of it we never even have a clue exists.
When the whole freak out happened about appeal,
I was happy to hear it
because it was the beginning of an awakening,
An awakening to all the other stuff no one understands yet.
Or no one is aware of yet.
That's been happening for decades.
That this is a start of awareness.
Because there's a lot more devils out there.
Devils that pull the wool over everyone's eyes.
Devils that come out of the woodwork.
Devils that are in the shadows when it comes down to our food.
They're everywhere.
Devils, devils, devils.
but the devils in the industry don't run everything and there's the light and there's
God and there's the angels and they see what's happening and they see what's being put on our
food and the industries that create the poison the humans that are behind those industries
will have to answer to God will have to answer to the angels in the end for the crime for the crime
